Today I am presenting the most common monsoon recipe: #4 Pakodas(fritters) with a twist. Besan is said to cause gastric issues in babies, hence the lactating mother is advised not to consume it. So, I am sharing my recipe of fritters made with Masoor daal. Masoor daal is good for lactating women and can help in increasing the milk supply as well. Ingredients:
Masoor Daal
Coriander Powder
Chaat Masala
Potato 🥔
Salt 🧂 Method:
Soak Masoor Daal for more than 2 hours and grind it to make a thick paste. Add Coriander powder, chaat Masala & salt 🧂. Now cut the potatoes 🥔 into thin round slices, dip them into the paste and deep fry. You can make onion 🌰/ Spinach🥬/ brinjal 🍆 fritters too, using the same batter. #BBCreatorsClub #DeepzHunger
