hi dipika, how r u now? do not take any medication without doctor's advise, that too you should mention you are breastfeeding and baby's age. wash your hands each time before handling baby, and do continue to breastfeed. you can make a kadha with tulsi leaves, dry ginger(or fresh if dry not available), pepper, garlic, turmeric,cumin seeds, ajwain, jaggery. boil and reduce to half. have thus throughout the day...

dont take any medicine without the consent of doc during breastfeeding..  it may b harmful...

yes I suppose it should be okay.  feed baby with a mask.  and washed hands.  have honey and ginger tea and gargles
