hello mommies...my baby s 1 month old, delivery happened thru c section, please advise when it is safe to start for a walk n exercise?? how I'll get to know my stiches are healed internally?? please help

after three months u can start small exercises ...u can walk little now slowly increasing... stiches wil heal slowly only...don worry abt the internal ones if the external ones are <u>healed</u>

minimum 6 months..at least let ur body recover...n Don't worry about weight half of it will come off automatically while breastfeeding.. later on u can work on remaining half..now it's time to take rest..

after 3 months you can start with walking first and then once you are comfortable you can start with light <u>yoga</u>
