Hello mommies..please suggest me diet for breastfeeding as my daughter has milk protein allergy or may be lactose intolerance. .what can i eat then bz my diet mainly has milk ..ghee..etc but now i really dont know what to eat...she is having allergic reactions..

No it won't <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @616fda97d9ea3600147c4e6e </b></span> have everything in limited quantities..If she has stuffed nose..massage her feet with mustrad oil and make her wear very thin cotton socks..Also apply this oil on her nostrils..Try giving steam at night...be careful that you don't switch in ac.fan should also be not at high speed.Also nasoclear helps in clearing if the nose

Hi <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @616fda97d9ea3600147c4e6e </b></span> ...My baby too has this problem...It is tough but trust me after changing the diet..you would see a lot of difference in baby's bowel movements and crankiness..My baby was always crying and gassy when milk protein allergy was not detected..Once I changed my diet.. everything changed for positive..
Go dairy free...No ghee butter buttermilk milk no desserts..
Add soy milk to your diet...Some kids are allergic to this also..you can try almond milk.
Have a lot of soaked nuts..10 almonds 2 apricots 1 walnut 3 kaju..It will give you energy..
Have chapati..without ghee..Add flax seeds and sesame seeds in aata before kneading..
Cook your food in mustard oil or olive oil..
Breads also have soy flour.so check if Abby is allergic to soy..You can try taking soy milk in small quantities and see if the baby reacts...then you can decide on soy.
Have makhana or fruits when hungry.
Eat salad..Loys if cucumber and tomatoes..
Have protein...Daal chicken fish..whatever you like...Grilled chicken roasted chicken steamed chicken garlic chicken...
If you crave for ice cream go for London dairy sorbet
You can have kaju katli..it has no milk..
You can have soups..
Have lactonic powder in water to increase milk supply..
It is not easy but is not that tough too..I love this new lifestyle ..And imagine.. if we stop eating chicken...we would be vegans!!<br>
