to reduce weight....eat healthy food....lots of green vegetables n fruits ...avoid junk...drink lots of water...u can try mamaearth organic raw apple cider vinegar for weight loss..no preservatives..100% natural....also for reducing stretch marks u can try mamaearth stretch mark cream....very effective...

Kavita gave good advice about weight. For stretch marks please apply biooil or mamaearth or palmers. The stretch marks can’t disappear but can definitely be reduced. Keep the area moisturised and don’t scratch
