to reduce weight....eat healthy food....lots of green vegetables n fruits ...avoid junk...drink lots of water...u can try mamaearth organic raw apple cider vinegar for weight loss..no preservatives..100% natural....also for reducing stretch marks u can try mamaearth stretch mark cream....very effective...

Kavita gave good advice about weight. For stretch marks please apply biooil or mamaearth or palmers. The stretch marks can&rsquo;t disappear but can definitely be reduced. Keep the area moisturised and don&rsquo;t scratch
