I m 40 week  pregnant  . n muje walk karne mai prblm ho rahi hai.  bcoz weight lagta hai bahut.  is  it compulsory  To do walk. 

n mai during walk bahut tired feel Karti hi.

walk isiliye karna Hai taking apko koi aur pains na ho aur body throughout pregnancy active rahe ...koi aur exercise shayad think ya safe na rahe ... walking is the easiest thing...don't strain ur body...go slowly then increase time...but walk don't sit at one <u>place</u>

you try to walk after every meal..for 5-10mins..so you wont feel the strain..
