It's a nursing strike which some babies do, start feeding him only in the dark room, make the room dark and pin drop silence no distraction on sound, do not use mobile at thst time. Whnw he is sleeping lie down next to him and feed him its called dream feed, you can do this in night also. All this keep your supply because if he stops feeding you will stop producing milk. This is just a phase soon he will start feeding properly, till then follow above.
