Hello moms and dr. As Shivansh is 20 months old now. I am giving him mother dairy cow milk. I just want to the sufficient quality at this age as he is constipated as well. Also how much milk contribute in constipation.

One more thing he still requires milk at mid night and wake up exactly around 2:30 am. Bed time is 10:30 pm everyday.
