My 7 month old baby boy is a bit cranky today. He is not sleeping properly & drinking less milk than usual. He is chewing everything he sees & start crying when I take it from his mouth. Is this a sign of teething?Could anyone suggest?

sometimes babies are cranky due to slight discomfort of teething.. u jus help him by massaging gums wt ur fingers.. my baby used to bite ground nut while teething..
