hi shef i hv been working from home since 2011 - i used to average 10 -12 hrs till 6 mnths ago. now i am trying to bring it down to 6 hrs. i dont think that wth workaholics any balance is poss!

i have my in-laws to bank upon, but usually I work at night. and catch some snooze when baby sleeps in day time.
