Hello mom's.. I really need ur help.. I want to lose weight from my hips.. there is a wedding coming up in may..and I wanna lose atleast few inches off my waist and hips.. pls suggest something..

First of all loosing weight needs time and patience and while doing so don't be harsh to your body, listen what your body is saying. Kapalbhati will really help in loosing belly fat, try to avoid starchy food like rice, patao, beans, maida. Instead eat green leafy vegetables. Add more protein in your diet then carbohydrates.
