Hai there.. wow..good that your baby will now explore taste. Start with water daily before and after feeding. First give food during day time. Later you can increase quantity and frequency. Softly cooked mashed rice, sweet potato, banana, apple, daal paani. Each introduce and continue giving for 3 days. After 3 days , you can introduce one more new item. Enjoy feeding. Continue with BM atleast till 1 year.
