Hello mom's.. my baby is almost a yr and a half now.. I really wanna lose some weight and get into shape.. so many of my clothes don't fit.. I would like to fit into those ... Please help ladies .. exercises.. diet plan ..

Try lemon honey hot water early in the morning empty stomach nd organic tea lemon flavour it vl really hlps u a lot .avoid junk food nd dinner before 4 hours of <u>sleep</u>

Hi one glass of water for 2 tsp. Keep the jeera soaked in water overnight and boil in morning.Drink empty stomach

As everybody mentioned you can go through different article here on app and <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @63713e1bd28b060015d9141e </b></span> weight loss techniques are quite good I just want to add that everybodies body works differently you have to try different method according to your body coz sometimes which is working for you may not work for me just see try to be active coz I know it's not easy with baby to takeout some special time for exercise use stairs go for walk with baby avoid ghee n too much sugar
