ideally upto to the time till u r breast feeding or minimum 1 year. hormonally ur body can  take upto 1 year to reach pre pregnancy state. so its very very imp that ur nurtition is on a good level.

iron for 3 months and calcium for 6 months.  but I think iron intake varies from person to person depending on hb levels . please confirm with your doctor in next visit
