Hello moms! So I went to bank today for some urgent work. Everything was fine I was okay and happy but when we reached the bank and I sat there for some time I felt uneasy and uncomfortable sitting in that chair. The bank was packed. So I went out for some mins to have walk and fresh air I felt good and came back inside again and sat in the same chair. Suddenly I started feeling hot and dizzy. I was breathless, I took my cardigan and stole off. I was still hot 🥵 dizziness increased I was unable to see anything clearly, I was shouting for my husband but I couldn’t hear myself how could my husband have heard me. My eyes were starting to shut and I was sweating very much. I thought now I will be fainting here in front of so many people here and be a trouble for my husband 🙁 . I was shivering I sat facing downward and I was floating 😵 my husband came and I was half conscious I was taking deep breaths. I was chanting baba’s name too 🙊 to make it alright. Then the dizziness decreased but breathing was still difficult I somehow got up and went outside with the help of my husband and stayed there for some minuets deep breathing. Then it felt better but my mind was goofy and confused. But I still had to go inside and sign a paper and breathlessness started again when I went in 😓 I don’t know what it was but it was very scary to experience at this stage I was very scared.
