hello mom's today I m very upset my baby have white spots on his head and face too.i consult a doctor he said it's less calcium.. give your baby pulses,, banana, eggs but he doesn't eats any foods what should I do he always crying...
Some ppl will give. Doctors say to avoid till baby turn 1 year. If baby is suffering from cold or cough...you have to avoid. Thank curd.. make buttermilk and give.

Take him out for morning walk around 7 or 8 am. Every person require calcium. But vitamin D is very much necessary for that purpose..which we get through sun light. Wake up baby soon.. wash baby mouth.. give some water.. give some BM/ FM. You too have something.. both go out for a walk. Atleast half an hour. come back...baby will feel fresh.. give something to eat or massage and give bath. Above all.. you stop worrying and be positive. Mother's strong positive thoughts will do wonder on kids.
