Otrivin drops have antibiotics in it and are meant for adults and sparing use. Use either nasoclear or nasomist which are saline nose drops for the baby. As the nose seems blocked you may want to use some drops of eucalyptus oil on the bed next to the baby and also on your shoulder while breast feeding.

no Plz don't use otrivin for baby. usually doctors prescribe saline drops for kids. Plz check with your doctor and don't put anything in nose till then. you can give some steam that can help clear up congested <u>nose</u>
