hello moms..i need ur help..today was my appointment with doctr..my weight was 72.3 kg in last mnth and today it was same i did not gain weight..and my b.p. is 140/90 doc prescribed me tablet for bp...why it happens when i m taking proper diet..what should i do for weight gain and.              normal bp..plz help me i m so tensed..i had already two miscarriages in January and april in this year..i dont want lose my baby..😢😢

these r all protien rich food n dates r rich in iron..if d baby's weight is alright n is gaining weight steadily,I think u shud focus on having a healthy balanced diet..never stay hungry tho..have eggs n ghee(in moderation tho) milk,steamed or stir fried veggies, sattu is again a gud source of protien, paneer, fish(less in Mercury like rohu),lots of greens..keep a tab of ur BP tho..never forget to take BP tab untill d month prescribed..I was prescribed till 35 <u>weeks</u>.. Also if u have recently done a full body check up( calcium, protien ,vitamin levels) u may refer to a dietician prescribed by ur doc to properly guide u..its super helpful..n hv lots of water <u>too</u>

Preeti, firstly don't worry abt what happened ..Take proper rest n follow ur doctor's advice..If u hv doubts ask ur doctor if she has considered ur medical history..N don't worry about thyroid or BP..most of d pregnant women do have those..Even I took Loprin tabs for BP n thyronorm for thyroid n lots of other meds.. However simultaneously take care o diet n engage in activities which will help u remain stress <u>free</u>..N dear u won't lose ur baby,have faith..:)

Don't stress. stressing will increase ur bp. few months back I too 150/90 . Nd vthout medcnes, full ctrl on salt intake my bp bcame normal. <br> Don't tense abt weight gain too. if all reprts r fine , ur baby is alright. throughout my pregncy till now i gained only 1 kg.
