Try to keep your nipple moist.. you can apply ghee, Vaseline, coconut oil, malai and wipe properly before feeding the baby.. Vaseline works..

It happens don't worry do as other mom said n chk the latch. Ur full nipple with the black part should go in baby mouth. Once healed after feeding u can clean nipple n apply nipple butter (mamaearth is good).;
