rashes r very mild yaar .. like three to four small patches. he is taking feed properly n everything is fine

hi Meghan a, my baby had same problem , it use to happen again once disappeared ,my doctor told me to put mouth paint,after every feed till it disappears. it repeated 2-3,times then its gone ..I think at this age till 5-6minth baby face this problem.one thing my doctor told was not to insert my finger in babys mouth at all,no cleaning required till teeth eruptes ,as some babies are sensitive and mouth rashes cone becz of that also. I suggest continue mouth paint as doctors advice ,no need of cleaning mouth, as u said baby insert his finger, clean his hand with luk warm water n dry immediately with towel. if your baby is taking feed well need not worry just check the rashes if its not spreading.with my baby it was worst as he stopped taking bm due to irritation inside mouth skin

they say it's not necessary to clean the mouth at this age but somehow I find it necessary.... u visit ur ped again and try to clean his mouth daily may he is keeping milk in mouth
