Always have paracetamol syrup with you. As a first aid, paracetamol can be given once to baby followed by a warm water sponge bath. This will help to reduce the heat. Make sure that he is not shivering. Then take him to doctor for checkup.

if fever is high den visit doc. if its mild then u can give paracetamol n chk the fever.
