my daughter is 4months old... her birth weight was 2.7kg.. now she weighs 5kg.. someone told me that she is underweight...she is very active and when i asked the paediatrician he told me that there is no concern regarding her weight because she is active and is urinating properly...she is lifting her head in 45degrees bt cant hold her head straight...she is also not feeding for more than 10mins...is it normal...
i am concerned for her weight

it is not underweight. but u should concern to gain weight. bcos after 6 months weight wil be increased by 400gm per month. so try feeding her often. she wil gain weight. at six month she should be doubled.

she is urinating properly..more than 10times in a day...the paediatrician has told not to use diapers when at home.
