Hello my daughter suddendly vomited immediately after getting up from her afternoon nap. I gave her all usual routine food which she eats. What could be the reason?
Don't worry dear she will be okay, indigestion could be a reason so follow ur pediatrician instructions. If she's active enough, alert and playing then nothing to worry.
