My doctor told me i have put on lots of weight which is not very good...actually i don't like eating apple...so what i do is make a shake of milk apple and chikoo n have it.....will this shake add on to my weight....plz suggest....and is it ok to have it......

Hey Smita, having sugar with your shakes will add to they weight as everyone said. you can add 1 or 2 dates to the shake if you want. Have more of green leafy veggies. You can have eggs also. Good source of protein. ask your doctor for some gentle exercises that can be done in the last trimester. walking is also a good <u>option</u>. Once you deliver you can work on losing the weight. Just having fruits will be good than shakes. Milk +sugar in it.. may increase calorie of that shake and chances are more of gaining weight. Don't worry.. after delivery with proper diet..you can loose weight. In last month of pregnancy.. weight gain will be more.
