My lo is bf and I give her 60ml top feed - Similac everyday.
She poops every alternate day, however from past week I have noticed that her poop stinks very much, it is a very acidic stink, it was normal earlier, her fart also smells very methane like..
What could be the reason?
PS- my diet does not include any item which causes gas, infact I eat lot of garlic and ajwain. Pls help
