Welcome Aarti and congratulations. You can check with your gynecologist how much protine you need. You can have threptin biscuits they are tasty, coin sized and have lot of protine.

If you are non veg eater then have 2 eggs everyday, you can also have chicken, fish,; pulses, paneer, tofu , flaxseeds and all the nuts.
