Hello , my query is that some nights i cant sleep dnt have any stress. Whole day m busy as am working women. M listning music and reading books still i cannt sleep . Pls answer.

Follow wat all merline said.. Additionally walk 15 mins aftr meals.. It wil help u get tired.. Stop using mobiles n tv 1 hour before sleepin... Dim d lights 1 hour b4 sleeping..

Take help of pillows while sleeping. Before sleeping have warm milk nd bath in warm water. Atleast 1 hr before b away from ur electronic devices.
