my questions is I started doing workout for an hour regularly for 5 days in a week yet I am not loosing weight I joined aerobics classes it's been a month now can u suggest what is the problem

while you are working out...70-80% of your weight gain or loss is dependant on your diet.. and 20-30% on your work out regime.. so check your diet if you are not losing weight... also if your diet is right and you arr working out n not losing weight i would recommend check ith your doc... there cpuld ve some hormonal imbalance... could be thyroid.... but thats is far-fetched.... check on your diet first....

The weight is gained slowly..so reducing weight also..will be gradual. In the beginning..2-3 kgs will be reduced soon..lateron you have to strictly follow. Please do eatblow calorie food. Exercise bwith proper diet is important.
