Try some new breakfast like idli, dosa , upma etc. Just like us children too look for variety in food . Include soaked nuts , walnuts , anjeer , raisin, seeds like til . Maximum milk intake should be 500 ml per day . Watch the water intake and include some form of fun physical activities in the schedule if not doing it yet . If the problem is bigger pls consult doctor

15 kgs is a good weight but still there is a scope of improving. in the morning kids are very fussy to any food you can give him some warm vegetables Upma, Daliya Upma which is soft even if it takes 7 to 8 B in the beginning it will be good. I giving him laddoos of some form. milk can be substituted with Ragi dosa early in the morning it would be that he is constipated that is also one of the reasons we may not feel hungry. constipation is something which is very common at this age and if the child is habituate to eat at food or eat outside Food then it will so happen that will not show any interest in eating
