I haven't been able to shed my pregnancy weight due to which I've started taking phytoslim for weight loss as prescribed by my doctor.i exclusively breast feed my three month old baby and I just hope that supplement doesn't effect my baby's weight by any means. any body else knowledgeable about the same?

@6373d12b562cd100155a61ca Honey! There is nothing in this world that can replace healthy eating and exercise to reduce weight. Not even supplements. Don't go down that route. I have been there and trust me it will not give you long lasting benefits. Start with regular walks now if you feel strong enough. Or you can start after 3 months. Look at what you eat. Controlling portion sizes is extremely essential when it comes to reducing weight at any time in life and not just post pregnancy. Have 6 to 7 small meals throughout the day. If you had a c section you can start working out your abdominals after 6 months. Otherwise you can start earlier. Use 1kg weights in your walks to tone your arms. Start doing calf raises and leg raises every day to strengthen your legs. You can start swimming as well after 6 months. Yoga is also beneficial. Start gradually and see how you feel. And be patient. It took you 9 months to create your baby. Give your body at least that much time to get back. You will need to put in some effort to achieve your pre pregnancy fitness. Sadly there is no short cut :) And don't give up. Weight loss is possible only if we are patient and consistent. Tc!

you should not think of weight loss so early and as you are in exclusively BF. breastfeeding itself consumes so much calories and proper diet is required to suffice that . taking a supplement to support weight loss at this stage is not at all recommended. the traces can go in milk as well . continue taking vitamin and irons. you can do light yoga and walking to maintain health .
