Hello ppl missed period for 13days pregnancy test is negative and having fever, diarrhea, vomiting...Not interested to have food...If any smell is also effecting to me it was happening from 2days.... what should I do...and the stool is watery... stomach pain also there....am not able to do work also feeling sleepy whole day
