My wife got periods on February 13 2019. Her next period falls on March 8 2019. But she misses her periods. But today morning bleeding starts with light pain and bleeding is in pink color. She feels more tired and body pain and nausea. Are these the symptoms of pregnancy?

The bleeding is not pink colour it is dark reddish brown

if it is a pink colour bleeding then I will advise you to see your gynecologist today we need an ultrasound and also a beta HCG test to check for the pregnancy pink bleeding is not considered a good indication in early pregnancy so please see your doctor without delay if you are planning for pregnancy
