Hello there! I had miscarried my first pregnancy due to short cervix. Want to know anyone who didn't opt for cerclage and delivered at full term just with progesterone? Also is it safe to do yoga in such a situation? Yoga poses like the cat pose and the butterfly one?

If you had an issue of a short cervix previously I would advice you to avoid exercises.<br> Also delivery is at times difficult if you don't get a cerclage done. Please consult your doctor or the procedure to get the right advice and treatment too as per your condition.

I dont think its possible to deliver full term without cerclage
