Hello to all this is my first pregnancy .... its only 5 weks i wanna knw wat all shuld i eat; and exersise which i cn do in this duration

Eat all healthy foods. Have it fresh and home made one; . Avoid pineapple nd papaya. Drink lots of water.Have green vegetables nd fruits. Take a walk of 30 mts daily

Eat healthy think healthy... Add lots of proteins n fibres in ur diet.. Hv 2 glasses of milk... Avoid exercise as of now.. U can walk for 15mins aftr evry meal..; <br> Eat at regular intervals.. Snack on healthy nuts like almonds n walnuts etc...<br> Most imp drink min of 3 ltrs of watr...n hv one fruit or its fresh juice daily.. Stay positive n al d best &#9786;&#65039;

Eat fruits like apple , pomegranate, orange... include green veggies in ur diet, dairy products, coconut water,,,, during early pregnancy only walking is sufficient... start exercise in second trimester that too with ur doctors advice....

Hi Chandana .. congratulations. Start eating healthy diet. Avoid junk food. Ani for first trimester plz don't go for any other exercise that walking. In second trimester you can start exercising under guidance of your Dr. Also it is better to avoid intimacy in first trimester . Get your gynac opinion on this. Enjoy your pregnancy.
