Yesterday my baby got painless vaccine.. from midnight his body is lil warm. I measured with tthermometer and its showing 97- 98.7 from midnight to morning 11'clock. Is it fever? and he is not much active.. why it is so? Plzz help me urgently

Vaccination k baad fever normal h...aap use paracetamol dijiye fever thik ho <u>jayega</u>
