Exactly ..i do njoy night walks n outings..How can one not go  out for 9 months ..n too difficult for working ladies like me..

because at earlier tym night were dark without electricity.... i wwnt out for night walks n there were no harm.... important&nbsp; is ur health only

The logic is one can catch evil spirit &#128540; with that one should not use perfume and go with open hair. I was too advised the same by my MIL. 
There is no scientific logics in all this.But if you believe you can follow it, it won't do any harm either.And if you don't believe in all this, do as you wish. 
and If you want to balance it out, simply carry the pic/locket of God or something divine with u when u go outside.

hello...I want to know that during pregnancy  elders say that a pregnant lady should not go out at night.
I want to know whats the logic behind this..is it a myth or is there any reason which i dont know or understand..
