Please do not use cell phone or watch TV 2 hours prior to bed. Once you have dinner go for walk, if possible take a long shower and sleep. Keep your bedroom dim lighted, use nice room spray, keeping the pillows, bed and blankets fresh helps in good sleep.

You must rest well. Read books, listen to music, meditate, have a glass of warm milk before going to bed. Avoid using mobile phones before going to bed
