Hi Roja Please do not use cell phone or watch TV 2 hours prior to bed. Once you have dinner go for walk, if possible take a long shower and sleep. Keep your bedroom dim lighted, use nice room spray, keeping the pillows, bed and blankets fresh helps in good sleep.
