hello...my baby is 4 months old and m breastfeeding him.i was previously using hydroquinone,tretinoin and mometasone furoate based cream.what if i use this cream while breastfeeding?can i use it now also?

Hydroquinone is a bleaching agent and has to be used as a dosage cream and also with prescription. The excretion into breast milk data is unknown and hence it is best to discuss with your doctor before using the same. If it is merely as a bleaching agent to remove pigmentation etc then it is best to wait till you stop breast feeding and then apply as prescribed.
