Hello,my boy is 10weeks old.6th sep was his vaccination day.after vaccination he is not feeding enough.his weight is 6kg 600 GM's,his birth weight was 3kg 100gms.he is on breast milk only.is this okay? He got fever but as doctor prescribed,we took care of it.but he is not feeding much.
After vaccination babies got fever n in fever babies avoid feeding.Give ur baby paracetamol by consulting ur doctor.Once the fever will gone then baby will continue to feed
