Kavita after c section pain is normal due to stiches. Please take ample rest, don't lift any heavy thing. Take nap when baby naps. Bleeding is irregular like it stops and after few days you get few drops bleeding so relax. If bleeding continue more than 40 days you need to inform gynecologist. How do you know you are pregnant at 3 weeks??? Generally only after 1 week of missing the periods you can check via pregnancy home test kit. Visit a gynac in case of confusion
