doctors are not trained in breastfeeding, medications are not required, speak to a lactation consultant. drink fluid, rest, do relaxation exercises, join a mothers group, learn about baby wearing. co sleep, feed your baby when and for how long it wants. It takes a while for baby to get used to nuts new life.

A one month old baby is still getting settled to Breastfeeding. All babies have different appetites. Some want to drink frequently, which is absolutely ok. in the initial weeks it is best to nurse on demand. this will help build up your milk supply. Check that your baby has atleast 8-10 wet nappies and 1-2 poop nappies each day. This way you know you are getting enough milk and your baby is drinking enough. Most importantly stay calm, trust your body and enjoy your baby.
