hello...Plz suggest..it's 38 week 5th day...today I got dilated. Doc said place hui hi nahi...have to wait..Plz suggest what to do for soon Labour pain

firstly needs time for full dilation.. its not a fastest procedure.. please have patience.. and otherwise get a consent from doctor and start brisk walks and squatting.. these do miracles in labour.. always stay hydrated..
