helo all I wanted to know , is 30min walk in 9th month is enough or I should increase the time??

what ever suits u darling. dont exert and remember ur body has balance problems at this time. so dont do any brisk walks. just go slow and enjoy ur time.

absolutely <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @63731f4a2338f60015eafd2b </b></span>. as asha said, walk as you are comfortable. 30 minutes is great! if you feel like doing more then at some other time of the day do gentle prenatal yoga - butterfly, slow squats, stretching forward with your legs spread while seated on the floor. But ask your doctor first if it's alright for you. Tc!
