Helo my son is one year old he is having fever nd cough on 28 august ko use dog ne bite kia tha toh injection lga tha same day nd aj use fever ho gya hai ye fever due toh rabis injection se hai ya viral he is not eating anything except mother feed. I'm worried wt to do kindly advise.
