I used Walker.. and there is nothing harmful but you have to be very careful.

plan it atleast after 6 months but make it sure his posture should be straight you can put some support behind his back.

I never used walkers for my child... evn many doctors don suggest... children creep crawl stand n walk... once dey stand u can use pushing walkers...
