Hello.. my son just completed 3 months... he also takes feed for 7-8 min whereas initially he used to take for 20 min.... but now he sucks faster than previous and after 2 hours he used to be hungry... and about motion he used to do twice in a week.., do one thing for this... just give little bit of pressure on his stomach with the help of his leg... apply hing on his stomach anti-clockwise twice a day... it will also help

Hi baby is 3 months old now not new born so his sucking power is more. His tummy will be full within 5 to 7 mins. Feed the baby on demand.

Feed your baby for twenty minutes ten minutes each side of the breast at an interval of two to three hours, burp your baby after every feed well and don't put the baby flat on the bed immediately after feeding. If your baby's pee count is six to seven times a day and gaining adequate weight then it's a sign of well fed baby. Don't worry about it. All cries are not for hunger, they can be attention seeking, poop, pee etc. If your baby is exclusively breastfed don't worry about the poop. It's normal.
