I'm facing too much obesity. Before 4 years when i got married my weight was 85 kg.. after delivery it was 87. But suddenly from last 5 months my weight increasing rapidly. Today again i check my weight and saw my weight is 105 kg 🤯 what could i do now.. i don't eat any junk food oily food.. what i do.. plz help.. mere pero m b bht pain hone lg gya.. m kya kru or working hu to gym jaane ka b time nhi h mere pas bilkul.. plz koi diet chart ya kuch effective advice do plz

Aap walking aur yoga karen.. khub sara pani piyen.. nimbu pani in warm water and honey dal kar piyen.. carbohydrates bhi cut down karen.. fresh fruits and vegetables hi khayen... Juices piyen..
