Include vegetables like beetroot, broccoli, capsicum, and cauliflower to increase hemoglobin levels.;other than that pulses, Asparagus,dry fruits, apple, pomegranate, spinach, Jaggery will help you out

Eat beetroot, pomegranate, green vegetables. Also apples, carrots. Drink lots of fluids, juices and also talk to your doctor about it
