* roast 6-7 peppers
* let them cool completely
* once cooled completely, blend them into a fine powder.

-------------------------------
* boil water( water should be very hot)
* take a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of above powder and add boiling water. Mix thoroughly till you see smooth consistency.
* You may steam, mash and add vegetables like potato, carrots, peas etc to give more flavor.

--------
@No need to cook this as we have already roasted. @Always prefer storing this powder in a glass jar rather than a plastic container because homemade powders when stored in a plastic jar gives stinky smell after today's few days as we don't use any preservatives
3. Strain water and dry roast rice and almonds individually till they are crispy
4. Let them cool completely
5. Grind to a fine coarse powder, sieve if needed.
6. Transfer to a glass jar How to make the porridge
__________________________
1. Boil water
2. Take 1 tsp of above powder and add boiling water and mix thoroughly till you see a flowing consistency
3. No need to cook this.
4. You may express breast milk or add formula milk finally before serving baby.
5. Serve food once warmed.
Note
--------
Never heat fm/bm..this may be very dangerous for baby. Tips
_____
@ You may add purees like Apple, Banana, Carrots, Beetroots, Muskmelon etc to this porridge. Healthy and tasty
@ Sterlizing spoon and bowl is also important. just immerse in boiling water for 5mins and use
@ Always make these powders freshly which can last only for 10- 15 days
@ I use just few drops of home made ghee in this which gives taste as this contains almonds.
@ If baby doesn't like this, try to add jaggery syrup. Very healthy
