please add high fibre foods like brocolli, cauliflower, green leafy veggies, protein like fish egg whites, sprouts, anti- inflammatory like turmeric, tomatoes, capsicum, almonds, beans, lentils, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, berries, walnuts, spinach, red and green lettuce, olive oil...<br>
avoid- sugary snacks drinks beverages, white breads, muffins, cakes, red meat, bakery products, pastries, potatoes.. <br>
Daily activity, low sugar intake, and a low-inflammation diet may also lead to weight loss. this may experience improved ovulation with weight loss..
